PMI Plus - For the homeowner who wants the professional touch, and be hands off. PMI will handle everything from marketing, rate optimization, reservations, accounting, housekeeping, maintenance, guest concierge, and more!

PMI Classic - For the homeowner who still wants control over bookings and accounting, but wants ground support for guest communications, guest arrival, and maintenance.

You book the guest and we do the rest!

PMI Basic - For the owner who wants maximum control of their property, to handle bookings and all guest communications but needs housekeeping and responsible agent services.

PMI Extend - For the homeowner who still wants to use their property and generate revenue, but cannot rent short-term. Under this program PMI/BBO will facilitate stays of 30 days or longer.

PMI Long-Term - For the homeowner who wants to rent their property for longer than 6 months. PMI/BBO will market your property, will find great tenants, and manage all aspects of your long-term rental.

PMI Home Watch Services - For the absentee homeowner who wants a watchful eye to perform security maintenance checks on their property multiple times a month.
